1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Jeff's Career Courses ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. License to Course Content

When you purchase a course, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and view the course content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You do not own the content; you license access to it.

3. Strict Copyright Policy

All classes, written materials, worksheets, and downloadable resources are protected by copyright law and are the exclusive property of Rising Tide Plumbing.

You agree NOT to:

  • Download, record, screen-capture, copy, or otherwise reproduce any class content by any means.
  • Share your account credentials with any other person.
  • Re-upload, re-broadcast, mirror, or redistribute any portion of the course content on any platform, including YouTube, social media, file-sharing sites, torrents, Discord servers, group chats, or coaching practices.
  • Use the content to train any machine learning model or AI system.
  • Remove, obscure, or alter any watermark, copyright notice, or attribution.
  • Use the content for any commercial purpose, including reselling access, group viewings, or in your own coaching/training business.

We employ multiple layers of protection including session-based watermarking, signed URLs, referrer restrictions, and active monitoring. Unauthorized distribution is detectable and traceable to the originating account.

4. Enforcement and Account Termination

We will pursue all available legal remedies against violations, including but not limited to: immediate and permanent termination of your account without refund, DMCA takedown notices, statutory damages of up to $150,000 per work infringed under U.S. Copyright Act §504(c)(2), and recovery of attorney's fees.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 30% of the course content. Requests must be submitted to hello@jeffscareercourses.com.

6. No Guarantees

The Service provides educational content. We do not guarantee any specific career outcome, salary increase, job offer, or business result. Your results depend on your own effort, circumstances, and execution.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
